Miréva is the data controller for the personal data collected through Miréva. The legal entity behind this trading name is Miréva (Sole trader (entrepreneur individuel)), SIREN 109 175 935, APE 47.91A.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: style preferences, fit reference, body-shape answers, saved pieces and looks, preferred shops, and your email address when you subscribe to the mailing list or purchase the Style Blueprint. We also collect usage data through analytics and cookie choices through the consent banner.
How we use your data
We use your data to generate personalised outfit recommendations, build your Style Blueprint, improve the service, send occasional product updates (only with consent), and provide customer support. Analytics help us understand which features are useful.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in improving the product, and your consent where required (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies).
Who we share data with
We share data with service providers who help us run Miréva (hosting, analytics, email delivery). Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for payments, tax compliance and invoicing. We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Saved wardrobe data is stored locally in your browser and is under your control. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
