These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Miréva (https://mirevastyle.com) and the purchase of the Miréva Style Blueprint. They are maintained by Miréva as the seller of the service.
Seller and acceptance
You are contracting with Miréva. The legal entity behind this trading name is Miréva (Sole trader (entrepreneur individuel)), SIREN 109 175 935, APE 47.91A. By using Miréva or purchasing the Style Blueprint, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
What Miréva provides
Miréva is a style guidance tool. The free daily look and saved wardrobe features are provided at no cost. The Style Blueprint is a one-off personalised PDF document created from the answers, saved pieces and preferred shops you provide.
Payments
All orders are processed by Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Stripe handles payments, tax, invoicing, transaction support and returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's end-user terms: https://stripe.com/legal/end-users.
Use of the service
You agree to use Miréva lawfully and in good faith. Do not misuse the service through fraud, spam, security interference, scraping, reverse engineering, or any activity that infringes intellectual property or disrupts other users.
Intellectual property
Miréva, its branding, code, text, and generated report layouts are owned by the seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Style Blueprint for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or reproduce the report commercially.
Service level
Miréva is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Style suggestions are guidance only and not professional advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. Local storage data such as saved pieces and looks remains under your control in your browser.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
